17 year old girl that was involved in a motor vehicle accident. She suffered multiple injuries to her right hand (dominant hand). Injuries included: loss of the pad and tendon that bends her right thumb, there was a fracture of her ring finger with loss of skin and the tendon that extends the finger, and loss of skin off her small finger.

She underwent tendon grafting with several reconstructive procedures to close her wounds and improve the appearance of her hand. She has regained complete use of her hand and most people do not realize that she had surgery on her hand. The comparative images are more than seven half years from her original injury.
