This young man had an infection of the scalp that was treated and was left with the wound shown . To avoid any signs of baldness and hide the scar once his hair grew out, the skin around the wound was used to close the wound and end up with a scar that would be imperceptible once his hair grew out. He is shown one week after surgery.
