61 year old female with a non healing wound of her elbow, a bone infection and long history of difficulty healing wounds secondary to her underlying medical condition and use of immunosuppressive medications. She underwent local flaps to close her wound and treat her bone infection. She has full use of her arm and her infection is under control.
