28 year old female cut her left small finger and was unable to bend (flex) any of the joints of the left small finger. Using anesthetic techniques that allowed the patient to have all her pain controlled and permit her to move her fingers the tendons were repaired and she is shown immediately after having the tendons repaired.

  
  


50 old that suffered a work related injury with damage to the tendons responsible for extending fingers, thumb and wrist. He underwent a combination of tendon grafts and tendon transfers that allowed him to recreate extension of his thumb, fingers and wrist. He is shown seven months after his operation. He was able to return to his previous occupation and his hobbies.

  
  
  
  
  


31 year old that suffered a broken bone in his hand while at work. Attempts were not possible at treating the patient without surgery because of the need to use his hand to help out with family obligations. He chose to have the hand treated with temporary wires that allowed him to help out with family obligations. The patient healed without any problems having regained full use of his hand.
