56 old female 5'6" 159lbs that had textured silicone breast implants placed in the 1990s. Over time her right breast had changed shape and became painful. She had imaging studies done that showed a ruptured right silicone implant, but intact left breast implant. After evaluation she chose to have the implants changed out to smaller smooth silicone implants. It was suggested she undergo a simultaneous breast lift but she did not want the scars associated with a breast lift. During surgery both implants were found to be ruptured with scar tissue around them but were able to be removed and new silicone full profile cohesive gel 450cc implants were placed on both sides. She is shown three months after her surgery; her pain was gone and she was happy with her outcome.
