Patient Information

74 year old 5'4" 124lbs female with silicone implants that were 20 years old. Her implants had ruptured and she developed painful capsular contractures. The patient wanted to replace her implants with silicone implants but did not want the scars associated with a breast lift. The breast capsules were removed along with the ruptured implants and new 445cc silicone gel implants placed. She is shown two months after her procedure and her pain has resolved and she is happy with her outcome.
