30 year-old female 5’9” 135 lbs had previously undergone breast augmentation with 450cc high profile implants. Over time the patient started to develop pain in her back, neck, and chest. She also noticed that her skin was becoming thin as well. Patient requested replacement of her implants with smaller implants. After listening to the patient’s expectations, examining and measuring her chest wall Dr Chattar-Cora recommended a low profile 330 cc silicone implant and a simultaneous breast lift at the. The patient, however, did not want the scars associated with a breast lift. She is shown 6 weeks after replacing her implants. Her pain was gone, and she was happy with her outcome.
