26 year old male that has felt self conscious since his adolescent years. He has tried dieting and exercise in hopes of improving the appearance of his chest area. He underwent removal of the male breast area with free nipple grafts (nipples were removed and auto-transplanted). He is shown six weeks after his surgery. There is swelling around the surgical site and the scars. Over time the scars will fade, flatten out and the swelling will decrease further. The patient was so excited with his appearance that he planned a beach vacation where he could feel confident with his appearance.

  
  
  
  


22 year old male that felt self conscious about his chest area. He was uncomfortable wearing tight shirts and did remove his shirt in public because he felt insecure. The patient underwent removal of the breast tissue on the left side. He is shown six weeks after excision of the breast tissue and was satisfied with his outcome. He now felt comfortable removing his shirt in public without feeling self conscious. As the swelling improves over the next 4 months the appearance will improve.
