15 year old male that was a competitive athlete. He was self conscious about the projection of the nipples and the immediate area around the nipples, especially when he wore form fitting clothing or if he had to remove his shirt. He underwent direct excision of the areas around his nipples. He was happy with his outcome and was no longer self conscious wearing form fitting clothing or taking off his shirt.
