24 year old female long history of constant back, shoulder, neck pain from her enlarged breast. As a young teenager she was constantly mocked because of the size of breasts. She underwent bilateral breast reduction and her symptoms resolved almost immediately, and the patient was satisfied with the size of her breasts.
