This 58 year old woman was suffering from chronic neck and back pain with recurrent irritation underneath her breast folds. For many years she tried dieting and exercising, and using different brassieres without any improvement in her symptoms. She underwent a breast reduction with immediate improvement in her symptoms. She is shown one year after her surgery.
