28 year old female with a long history of neck, back, and shoulder pain and recurrent irritation underneath her breast folds. Because of the breast pain that occurred when she exercised, she could not exercise and lose weight. After undergoing a breast reduction her shoulder, back, and neck pain and the irritation under the breast folds were resolved with an improvement in her self confidence. She is shown three months after her surgery.
