45 year old female 5'9' 165lbs that had previously undergone breast augmentation with a lift and then subsequent removal of her implants leaving breast deflated. She was unhappy with the laxity of her breast and lack of volume in the upper pole of her breast. She underwent augmentation mastopexy with saline implants 270-300 cc inflated to 330 cc each side. She is shown two months after her surgery and she was happy with her outcome.
