47 year old female 5'2' 130 pounds that wanted to have fuller perkier breasts. After listening to her expectations, examining her, a combined breast lift with an implant(aka augmentation mastopexy) was suggested. The patient underwent an augmentation mastopexy using moderate profile saline implants both sides filled to 275cc. She is happy with her outcome and is shown six months after her surgery.
