48 year old patient was unhappy with the deflated upper pole of her breasts, and the flaccidity of the skin. After listening to the patient's concerns and examining her, it was recommended she undergo augmentation mastopexy. She underwent an augmentation mastopexy with saline implants and had 240cc moderate profile implants placed that were inflated to 275cc on each side. She is shown 7 months after her surgery. Her scars are still fading and she is very happy with her outcome.
