A fifty five year old female that had undergone breast lift many years ago. Over time her breasts lost their elasticity and became flaccid. The patient requested perkier breasts without the use of breast implants. Thus a revision of her breast lift was performed. She is shown six weeks after the procedure and was satisfied with her outcome.
