19 year old female who is 5’6” and 107lbs and wanted to enhance the appearance of her breasts. Pre operatively she had an A cup brassiere. Using an inframammary (below the breast) approach she had bilateral subpectoral (below the muscle) smooth round implants 210-240 inflated on the right to 240 cc and left inflated to 234 cc. After surgery she wore a C cup brassiere.
