31 year old female 5’2” 127 pounds that was an A-B brassiere cup, and wished to enhance the appearance of her breast. Using an inframammary (below the breast) approach she had bilateral subpectoral (below the muscle) smooth silicone gel 265cc smooth round implants. After surgery she was a C-D cup.
