45 year old female 5'5" 177 lbs with B cup brassiere was requesting breast augmentation. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with high profile saline implants on the right 500cc was placed while on the left side and on the right 560cc was placed. She is happy with her outcome and is shown 22 months after her surgery.
