38 year old female 5'7" 213lbs wanted to enlarge the size of her breasts. During her consultation it was recommended that she have a breast lift in addition to her augmentation. Understandably the patient did not want the scars associated with a breast lift. Thus she chose to have 68 HP (700-820) saline implants. On the right side 780cc and on the left side 820cc were placed. The patient is shown five months after her surgery and she is happy with her outcome.
