61 year old female 5'2" and 148lbs that requested breast augmentation that would be proportional to her frame and would not look obviously enhanced. She underwent breast enhancement using moderate profile smooth 300cc saline implants placed into each breast. On the right side 360cc was placed and on the left 330cc was placed. The patient is shown four months after her surgery and she is happy with her outcome.
