36 year old female that requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts. She was 5'2" 121lbs with a B cup. She underwent breast augmentation with an inframammary approach using a smooth round saline implant moderate profile 180-210cc inflated bilaterally to 230cc. She was satisfied with her outcome.
