A 37 year old female who was dieting and exercising and was able to lose over 100lbs but was unhappy with the appearance of her abdominal region. The patient underwent a full abdominoplasty with liposuction. She is shown 18 months after her abdominoplasty .. She is excited with her outcome and has continued to lose an additional twenty-five pounds.
