36 year old who dieted and exercised but could not improve the appearance of her abdominal region, She was concerned with the abdominal bulge seen on the lateral view and the loose skin that she had. below the umbilicus. She underwent an abdominoplasty with tightening of her abdominal muscles and is shown three weeks after surgery. Over the next several months the swelling will decrease and the scar will fade. At his point she was happy with her outcome.
