59 year old that underwent weight loss surgery with nearly 100 pounds weight loss. She was unhappy with her abdominal region since she lost elasticity in that area.  In order to obtain maximal improvement in her abdominal region she opted to undergo a fleur de lis panniculectomy. She was happy with her outcome and is shown eight months after her surgery.
