year old through diet an exercise was able to lose over 100pounds. Unfortunately this left her with excess skin in her abdominal region. This skin was affecting her physical and emotional quality of life.  Various options were reviewed with the patient and she opted to undergo a Fleur de Lis panniculectomy.  After the operation her quality of life improved and she was satisfied with her outcome.
