61 year old female loss over 100 pounds but noticed that with the weight loss she began to have irritation underneath the skin folds.  She opted to have a fleur de lis panniculectomy that allowed her to maximize the amount of loose redundant tissue that could be removed.  She is shown six week after procedure and is happy with her outcome.
