45 year old through diet, exercise and lifestyle modification lost weight. Unfortunately the weight gain damaged her body leading to loose skin and stretch marks. These lead to irritation underneath the skin folds and impact her personal life with her partner. She chose to undergo a fleur de lis panniculectomy and is shown three months after her surgery. The irritation resolved and her personal life improved. Her scars continued to heal light and flatten over time. She is shown three months after her surgery.
