39 year old female that had lost over 100 pounds. As she continued to lose weight she noticed that she was having recurrent irritation underneath her abdominal skin fold, difficulty with clothing and noticing that the loose skin was impacting her quality of life. She underwent a panniculectomy and immediately noticed an improvement in the quality of her life. Images are three months after her procedure.
