48 year old female that underwent weight loss surgery which improved her health but left her with loose skin (pannus) that caused irritation in her pubic region and made it difficult for her to buy normal clothing. To treat the patient's problems and provide the best cosmetic outcome, she underwent removal of the excess skin of her abdominal and pubic areas (panniculectomy) using a Fleur de Les technique. She is shown 3 months after her surgery, she is happy that her irritation has completely resolved, and she can buy normal clothing. But she is ecstatic with her cosmetic outcome and its effect on her self confidence. Over the next several months the scars will fade and become less noticeable.
