44 year old patient with a history of weight loss that had previously undergone an abdominoplasty with lower body lift and buttock liposuction. The patient requested improvement in the appearance of her gluteal region. Using fat from her back and lateral thighs she underwent fat transfer to her buttocks and she was happy with her outcome. She is shown 4 months after her procedure.
