46 year old lost nearly 200 pounds and dieted and exercised but could not improve the loose skin or excess fat that was present in her arms. Her goal was to be able to use sleeveless tops and not be self conscious about her arms. Two months after undergoing combined liposuction with removal of excess skin she felt comfortable wearing sleeveless tops.
