42 year old that had previously undergone liposuction of the arm but was unhappy with the asymmetry and loose skin that resulted. She continued to diet and exercise without any improvement. The patient eventually underwent a combination of liposuction with removal of loose skin; this improved her symmetry and the fullness of the arms. She is shown two years after her surgery.
